Startups have the chance to ensure their market entry by means of our “Virtual Incubation Program“. Together with them, we will optimize all necessary requirements as well as specific opportunities and risks for their successful market access within a structured 6-month schedule. At the same time, with our Virtual Office, you will be present in the German market from day one and so be able to check your strategy under real-life conditions.

We are a qualified contact for all types of foreign investment in Germany, usually for the establishment or acquisition of foreign branches, shares in a business or investment in industrial sites or buildings.

Investors are interested in both – greenfield investments as well as cross-border mergers or takeover of a company.

In addition to companies, our contact persons particularly are individual and institutional investors, project and real estate development companies as well as financial institutions and venture capitalists.

Our core services include a neutral identification and evaluation of investment locations, opportunity-risk assessment of the respective project and of course a complete process support in contact with the investor and participating institutions or authorities.
